Inferior quality paper

Jammed my printer immediately. I have had this printer for a long time and it has never jammed. I had to call HP to un-jam the printer; it was so shredded that I couldn't get the paper out. I have the rest of the ream in my car and I am going to bring it back. This was my first experience with staples paper and my last. Basically the paper was so cheap that it jammed my printer. It almost broke the printer! My fault for trying to save money on cheap paper for the first time your fault from selling sub-standard paper.

Problem with rebate - Staples unresponsi

I bought this paper to donate to a school that notified me it would only cost 2 cents. I didn't realize it was an on-line rebate and went through the time consuming process of filling it out for 1 package and then I was not allowed to fill out a second form to get a rebate on the second package. I sent an email and have received no response almost a week later. I will not buy from stapes again based on rebates.
