Great paper ~ poor coupon ad !

I thought this was an excellent purchase with the coupon I printed out. However the coupon was very misleading as it didn't specify a "rebate". Even the salesperson did not understand. The manager then explained and apologized for the "mix-up". I love the paper and will wait for my "rebate".

I was disappointed to receive an email the day I bought this paper that disclosed [1] a 15% reduction coupon and [2] a $5-off coupon. Should the store have known this?

The only drawback to this paper has nothing to do with the paper. It's the printer's settings that won't allow you to reduce the amount of ink used on these light bond papers. I'm using an HP c310 and can't get the ink to lighten up no matter what I tell the printer to do.
