The product is great BUT the rebate is certainly not easy i am getting all kinds of run around why they won't rebate. I am still waiting for resolution if I don't hear soon I am going to local store manager for help

I been using Staples brand of paper for more than twenty year now. They sell many brand but Staples Copy and multi-purpose paper has is the best. For jam free performance and Duplex printing we have great luck with Staples brands
