Over the years our office has used many brands of paper. We look for the availability of savings to stretch our office supply budget. As a result we have used all of the name brands and several other store brands. We began using Staples more regularly for our supplies and eventually had occasion to use the Staples brand Multipurpose Paper. Though it is a store brand we found that it was easier to use in the variety of copiers and printers in our office. There was less jamming and it does not seem to absorb moisture from the air. In the past the moisture in our office with the changing northern seasons has sometimes played havoc on our copiers and caused a significant amount of jamming. With this paper we have seen less sticking from moisture and few problems with the copiers or printers jamming even if we store the paper where the moisture is sometimes greater.
We buy boxes of this paper all the time. Staples always has a good price deal & it works well in our copying machine. It doesn't get jammed & runs very smoothly through the machine.
I get this paper everytime I have to restock at my office. This is great paper at a great price. With the rebates they often run through Staples it makes it even more appealing. I get ream's and I get the big boxes and its cheaper then any of the other paper I have tried to get.
This is a very good paper for my copy machine and printer. It very seldom jams and seems to work as good as Hammermill brand for a lesser cost. I have tried many products and always go back to Staples Multipurpose paper. I do not care for the lower cost Staples paper since it does jam in my printer and copier.
