The quality of this paper seems to be less than previous orders. It's rougher and the edges are not as smooth it seems. Is this the future of this type of paper?

You don't need to worry that the great price means poor quality. We use this all the time and find it to be the most reliable paper we have used. It doesn't jam tear or wrinkle.

this is a good quality ream of paper. it rarely jams in the printer and the ink drys quickly to reduce smudges. the brightness is also good.
