You did not honor my coupon. I bought paper before the required date. I tried to go on line to get my rebate. I was told my coupon expired.

Tax Exemption Ignored

the paper was fine but we were charged a tax. You have our exemption number on file but did not use it. This may not seem like a lot of money but to a small church every penny counts. thank you
