Somehow the quality doesn't match the specs

The specs are great but if you compare it to the same spec Hammermill or HP paper then this one seems flimsy and ink takes a long time to dry. This is OK for drafts or stuff you read and toss but this isn't up to specs.

I haven't even opened the package yet. Come on Staples it's printer paper. Kind of binary--it either takes the ink or it doesn't.

the covers sfor the paper were torn which meant some of the paper had come out of the packages in transit - this has happened befote with paper orders.
