The smell is too fragrance -like. Not at all like the herb. Ordered it because I love the smell of basil, but unfortunately not this smell.
Cons: Smells Bad
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As someone who is sensitive to the "cover up" smells of most soaps and cleaners, I am sold on these products. Non-irritating to the skin and "respiratory friendly". Finally, an affordable alternative to perfumy chemicals!

Love this scent! After doing something that requires hand washing I not only remember to wash them, but actually look forward to it just to smell this yummy (basil) scent! Very fresh!

Great smelling hand soap!

I have this product and I loved it so much, I also bought the soap refills to fill all my other soap dispensers. What I love the most is the awesome scent. It really lasts on your hands! The only thing that I have had trouble with is that it seems to not get as "sudsy" as other soaps I have used. However, I have previously only bought foaming hand soap, so that is my point of reference there. Otherwise, a fantastic, safe hand soap that leaves your hands soft and smelling great!

I absolutely love this product--it is now in my bathrooms and in my kitchen. The fragrance has a light, clean smell--not too feminine or too masculine. It is very effective in cleaning, but is not harsh on your hands. I buy the refills so to be kinder to the environment(filling up the same bottles) and it is less costly as you get about 3 bottlefuls with each refill bag. I give this product 2 thumbs up!!!
