Started using this when hand soap was hard to find during covid. Fell in love with the smell.

I can’t smell basil in it; am I smelling amber? It’s impossible to know, because fragrances are not identified in the ingredients list. I dislike the smell, it is very strong and hard to remove from my hands.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
