Love love love the basil!!

I absolutely LOVE the basil scent. I have the basil hand soap in my kitchen and my bathrooms. It's such a great hand soap no matter how many times a day I wash my hands it doesn't dry them out, it leaves them soft and smelling wonderfully fresh. I have gotten my mother and husband hooked on the basil smell as well. I would really like to see more products in the basil scent especially the surface scrub, bathroom foam cleanser and toilet bowl cleaner. I had them before but they wee discontinued and I really hope that Mrs. Meyers brings them back, I know I'm not the only person asking. So please please please MORE BASIL!!! Thank you :)

Fresh smell, tough on dirt & grime

After working in the garage I find this soap is tough on dirt, grease & grime that would be left behind by other soaps

The best hand soap bar none!

I recently replaced all of the hand soaps throughout our home with Mrs Meyer's Basil Clean Day. I love that it is cruelty free, but oh that wonderful scent! How I love the Basil fragrance! And I must admit, your beautiful labels caught my eye when I saw them for the first time. Then after I tried some of your products including this hand soap, I was smitten. Cruelty free...the label, the scent and the wonderful way that my hands feel after I use this...I will never go back to my former hand soap brand again. I am so impressed with Mrs Meyer's products that I am telling everyone about them. I shop in stores that carry your products but they do not have the full line. I just placed my second order with you and I want to share with those who might be considering this fragrance...it is just heavenly...fresh, clean...not over-powering and this hand soap makes your hands feel so soft. You will feel as if you just used hand lotion and not soap on them. It is a winner!

Not my favorite

Apparently this smell is either one you really like or really don't. For me it is just overpowering! I like the Lemon verbena but thought I would try something different. Our store doesn't have that many choices in fragrance. Plan to try the Apple.
Pros: None
Cons: Gave Me A Headache, Made Me Nauseous, Smell Lingers On Hands, Unpleasant Smell

The Herbals

I have already written reviews for the Parsley products, but need to add one for the Basil products. The herbal fragrances are so delightful, and different from the same old same old fragrances everyone else uses in their products. I have used the parsley and basil for years, and will continue to do so. I have also tried each new fragrance as they come out, but nothing surpasses the herbals for me. Thank you, Mrs. Meyers for continuing to make them.

A must have

Smells heavenly, I wash my hands just so I can indulge in the basil aroma. Not drying at all considering how often I use it and one pump is plenty of soap. Basil is the fourth scent I've owned and I honestly cannot wait to try them all.
