All review comments are entirely my own." I love the way this product works on my very dry hands. It does also seem to have a somewhat calming effect but the scent could be better. It is somewhat overpowering but not to the point I wouldn't use it.

An Enjoyable Experience

I have really enjoyed trying Mrs. Meyer's Basil Scented Hand Lotion. I like that the scent is not overpowering. My only negative observation is that too much is dispensed which makes it hard to eliminated excess lotion from my hands. The product does leave my hands soft and smooth once I have eliminated the excess with a tissue.
Pros: Attractive Packaging, Easy To Use, Locks in Moisture, Moisturizing, Pleasant Smell, Softens hands
Cons: Dispenses too much at one time.

Is a product in my bathroom I did receive it free for review but I love it it smells very good and it wasn't my hands that's open or the lotion the lotions things to lock in moisture which is definitely a plus and I get compliments on how good it smells basil basil soap smells really good actually and I have recommended it already to 3 people and I've even bought some for myself

I am constantly washing my hands so most soaps usually dry them out. Mrs. Meyers basik hand soap didnt. It kept my hands smooth, and for the already dired out hands from using other soaps i used the basil lotion and it repaired my dry damaged hands.

Love this hand lotion

I always wanted to try these products by Mrs.Meyer's and I'm very happy with this hand soap because I have dry hands and this lotion makes my hands feel very soft while leaving a nice pleasant smell, I got this product from CrowdTap for free for leaving a honest and unbiased review.

i loved the invogorating scent of the basil hand wash. it cleansed my hands without drying them out.

I absolutely love the Mrs. Meyer's line of cleaning products. I feel good about using them around the house knowing that I'm eliminating a lot of chemicals. Highly recommend the hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent and liquid fabric softener. I'm not a huge fan of all of the scents, pine and basil being my all time favorites. I have a washing machine that hooks up to my kitchen sink so I can actually see the dirty water from my machine that goes down the drain. My husband works on a road crew paving highways and his clothes are filthy when he gets home. The Mrs. Meyer's detergent gets out wayyyyyy more dirt and asphalt dust from his clothes than any other major brand I've tried. I'm a firm believer in the whole line of these products.I like to shy away from harsh chemicals and ingredients. If I can't pronounce it, I typically don't want it on my skin. This hand soap is lovely. I have it by my kitchen sink and in all of my bathrooms. It does smell like honeysuckle, but I also get a hint of gardenia..... Which is perfectly fine as I happen to adore gardenias. It doesn't dry out my "hey! Welcome to your 30's! Here's so sensitive skin for the first time in your life!" Skin. I can't say enough good things about this hand wash!While I really like almost every Mrs. Meyer's product, this is one of my absolute favorites!! They might call it "hand soap", but I use it for shower gel and, sometimes, shampoo. I particularly like it because in the spring, summer and fall seasons, it has a similar effect to citrus scents like Lemon Verbana, and helps to keep away flies and mosquitoes. That's my experience, it may not be yours. And I love the rhubarb scent. Delicate enough not to be overwhelming, but pleasant all the same. I've had lots of compliments on my "scent" (I rarely use perfume or cologne). I got this product for testing via crowdtap,and all the opinions are my own entirely!!!
