I find these the right size for document storage. Not only do the documents fit but I can easily lift the box. The clear plastic makes it easy to identify the box contents.

I ordered Tru Red to match my existing ones but received ones with Staples on the sticker. Very similar but different darker grey color.

This was perfect for a small space in my office. It keeps daily mail out of the way until I can get to it. Perfect!!

The first file box I received had the wrong size lid. Staples was great to deal with and they the next day they sent me a replacement file box. The lid for the replacement fit fine.

Snap on lid is cheaply made. Doesn’t compare to other file boxes that I have used from Staples.
