I was pleased to be greeted by a staff member who took me directly to the item I was looking for. This in my experience is unusual treatment. I shall be returning to the Howe Avenue Store Cuyahoga Falls.

Nothing really special. Good size. Standard size to put hanging folders in. Top is not as tight as I would like it to be but it is fine for what I’m using it for.

Great for documents and organization of paper work. Expandable folders with tabs on top work very well. Really inexpensive way to organize...

A plastic box is a plastic box. I just reviewed it to say Helen at the Grand Blanc store is amazing and deserves a raise for her customer service and her adorable laugh!

I ordered these only to return them for another batch. Both batches were defective. They are supposed to latch to keep the contents in and secure. They will latch on one end but seem to be too big to latch on both ends. I have never had this issue before with similar boxes. Maybe the TRU RED manufacturer has a bad molding form?

Great price so I guess you get what you pay for. I liked the boxes were opaque - so you could see the contents but it didn't look junky. The lids did not snap on tight. One of the four boxes came broken so I returned the set. The box was labeled "fragile". Likely a good indication of the longevity of the product.
