I returned this product because I was hoping for a more snug lid. If you lift the box the lid comes right off as there's not a great "snap" feature. It lightly clings. Otherwise happy with the size the container.

I purchased two File Boxes and found later one had a crack and small pieces missing in one corner so exchanged it no problem. Employees were very nice and happy with the purchase.

The hanging file box came as-advertised and works well with letter sized hanging file folders. Sturdy.
