My biggest criterion in selecting this particular box was that it had a NON-locking lid. If you need a storage box or file box (which this officially is) that you can get into and out of frequently sometimes the locking features get in the way. Also I m using this box for an outdoor application. The lid extends beyond the walls of the box so rainwater will not go inside no matter what. Also very economical some comparable boxes were more than twice the price!

Price quality and costumer service are excellent but two out of the 4 containers arrived broken. We had bought the same file containers before and we liked it very much; however they are very poorly packaged resulting in the damage of some of the items.

I was disappointed that one new box fell over in my car and cracked begore it even made it into my office. The remaining one's lid fits loosely so the lid could too easily pop off .
