Customer Reviews for Staples - File Box Plastic File Box Snap, Letter/Legal Size - Frost Gray

When I received these one of the lids was broken. Staples did not pack these. It was in the original box without styrofoam or anything protecting the totes and lids. I was fortunate only one was broken. I was able to exchange the broken lid at the physical store. They have been okay so far with use. I would recommend for light usage.

This hanging file box is okay. Not very thick plastic so I don't know how it will hold up. On the positive side...Files fit it well. On the downside like several other reviewers mentioned... the lid does not stay closed well at all. Very frustrating. For that reason I will not purchase again.

Does everything I need it to do for long term storage of important paperwork. Just-right size stack-able keeps out critters and dripping water.
