These boxes are a perfect replacement for the old "bankers boxes" I used for years. The built-in channels allow the hanging folders to slide easily and the lid goes on without smashing the document folder tabs. However Staples shipping was a little less than 5-star; First set went back because both the carton and the product were severely damaged by the time they arrived at my front door. Return process wasn't too bad though.

We operate a business where we rely on record keeping to be organized at the end of the year and easy to retrieve after tax season is done. These are our go to stacking bins with lids that fit securely and the clear plastic is a bonus. Please keep these in stock Staples!

I bought this file box before and it was very handy and functional for organizing my files. I needed to sort and organize documents that accumulated during this pandemic so I bought 2 more. I love the fact that you can have either letter or legal size hanging folders. That was a nicest feature for me.

i needed to empty pit my filing cabinet to move the files to my basement. All of the files transfered perfectly. I don;t need to worry about moisture getting to the files
