Great Hyper Yellow Highlighter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty nice super hyper yellow highlighters. The first thing I noticed was definitely how nice and bright that yellow is. It stands out very bright. Definitely lives up to the "hype"! I liked that they are thin and lightweight making it easy to use and maneuver. It also has grooves near the tip of the handle where you grasp the highlighter to give you better control. The chisel tip is about the size you'd expect for a thinner -- not bulky -- highlighter making it practical and versatile. It might surprise you if you’re used to bigger thicker highlighters as it took me a second to adjust my idea of the tips I am used to. It was a welcomed difference though! I was able to highlight typical sized sentences with ease and not looking like a huge blot of ink surrounded it which is typically what I don’t like about highlighting. I don't have the best pulse but even then it was easy to maintain straight lines that hugged words nicely. What's great is a was also able to use the tip of the chisel end to underline very thinly (the #3 on the photo). This was the best feature of the highlighter the ability to use the wider chisel side to highlight full words but still have the ability to underline very finely! Usually not something you can do with normal sized highlighter tips which never look neat. That combined with the hyper yellow it's a nicely versatile highlighter. It came in a set of 12 which are plenty to keep around the office or home. I’ll be using them on books which is why that fine chisel tip is just perfect! Definitely recommend.

Solid Choice for Highlighting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highlighters: a staple in the office. I've gone through several highlighters in my time and this Staples Hype Stick Highlighter is a solid choice. The chisel tip makes it easy to highlight a line in a document and isn't too thick good for a 12pt font. The ink brightness was just what I needed no frills and not didn't dull when it dried. My favorite part about these highlighters is the "stick" shape. It's not overly bulky about the same size as a pen so it's easily carried around in your back or acting as a bookmark. Overall you can't go wrong with the Staples Hype Stick Highlighter. Solid choice for a budget price.

Vibrant but bleed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very vibrant which I love and color smoothly. They feel nice in. Your hand and definitely make what you are highlighting stand out. Only complaint I have is that these bleed through paper pretty badly. They bled through not only the backside of my page but down to the page underneath it as well. I assume the more you use these the less that will happen but I haven’t been using them long enough yet for that to be the case. The first page looks great but it makes the next page messy. Other than that though they are great.

A Solid Highlighter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These highlighters are a solid choice. I like the vibrancy of the color. The chisel tip has a nice edge and didn't break down after a lot of use. I prefer a larger bore marker for my hand comfort and this one is a nice size to hold. For a no-nonsense high performance highlighter the Staples Hype Tank Highlighter is a solid choice!

I work as a Division Manager at a manufacturing company and I'm constantly needing to highlight important details. These highlighters helped make my job so much easier than the highlighters I was getting from the office supply room. They work so well!

Great Highlighter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impression of these highlighters are they are very bright and don’t fade to a dull yellow like other brands. The ink flow was perfect and the chisel tip is very firm. I’ve used these in my classroom with my students highlighting their work and also used them for my college classes doing my own homework. The tip is still firm and held its chisel shape even after multiple uses. I would love to see this same highlighter in different colors. The brightness of the highlighter was what I liked best and hope to see other colors just as bright.

Easy and smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These hilighters are great. I always use hilighters on my sewing patterns to help see and hilight specific parts that are important. They are quick and don’t dry out. They are the perfect size on the wide part and then they have the chisel edge as well for picking out specific narrow parts. They are great. They don’t have the problem where the edges don’t make contact. These are a full strip and very bright and vibrant. Highly recommend!!
