Vibrant Colors Highlighter Pens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re like me and love the feeling of cracking open a fresh pack of highlighters you’re going to love the Staples Hype Stick Highlighters. Honestly I’m impressed. The colors are bright without being too neon or harsh on the eyes which is perfect whether I’m highlighting important notes organizing planners or even doing some light journaling. The chisel tip is super versatile — I can easily switch between underlining with the thin edge and highlighting larger sections with the wide side. What I also appreciate is how smooth they write — no scratchy feel or weird gaps in the ink. Plus they don’t bleed through most of my papers even the thinner ones which is a huge win! The variety of colors gives me lots of options to color-code things without feeling repetitive. And let’s be real — a pack of 24? Total overachiever move and I love it. I have backups for my desk my bag and even to share with my kids (if they’re lucky). If you want reliable vibrant and affordable highlighters this set is definitely worth grabbing!

Bright highlighters

Have used it when reviewing research articles and it makes it easy to come back to the most important information. Have not had for long so unsure of longevity.

Hype Tank Highlighters Are Worth The Hype

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Staples Hype Tank Highlighter with Chisel Tip is a great pick for anyone looking for a good multifunction highlighter! I am a nurse in a busy outpatient clinic. I am constantly highlighting schedules information and instructions for patients papers for doctors to sign etc. Having a reliable highlighter is very important to me. With this highlighter the ink is so vibrant and stands out well! The chisel tip is a great feature! You can lay the tip flat to highlight a large area or turn it to use the tip for a more precise skinny line. I have also found the ink in each highlighter lasts a long time so I’m not constantly having to switch out for a new one. The only downside I have found is the ink can bleed through the paper if you press too hard. Overall I am quite impressed with these highlighters and highly recommend them!

A great highlighter with no smudge

I noticed that this particular highlighter did not make any smudges when going over handwritten ink and also typed ink. This is a high quality highlighter that produces amazing results. I recommend this for both students and professionals.

Love it but my pack arrived a bit dried out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am huge on active learning so for me being able to makes lots of highlights write notes and make diagrams are key. I always have a highlighter packed with me. These Staples brand Hype Highlighters fit the bill for all my highlighting needs. I love how slim and light weight they are. The cap is easy to remove and secures well they you don't have to worry about the chisel tips being exposed and marking up the inside of your purse or backpack. The chisel tip is great for taking precise highlights which is very nice. What I love the most is that it has a low odor and is non toxic. The ink dries quickly so you can turn the pages or run your hands across it immediately after without worrying about smearing or getting ink on you. The color of the highlights is very calming but vibrant almost pastel neon yellow if that makes sense. The only thing that I deducted a point from this highlighter was that my pack felt a bit dry on the ends of the chisel tips. When I would first begin to mark it almost felt like that scratchy screeching feeling as you glide the highlighter across the paper. Could be that I just received an older box that was a bit dry. Unsure. Pros: -Bright calming neon pastel yellow -low odor -non toxic -lightweight -cap stays secured -has a cap clip so you can hook it to your pockets folders etc for ease of use. - does not smear -dries instantly Cons: -My set felt a little dry on the ends. I could feel a bit of scratchy resistance when gliding the highlighter across the paper.

Bright Notes Ahead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed these highlighters and had no issues with them while using them for my notes. I wish that they weren’t so thick because it takes up so much more space in my drawers. The chisel tip and ink coverage were perfect for getting both large sections of text and smaller sections with the same highlighter while not making my eyes hurt while reading over the highlighted portions later. I will continue using these for highlighting my notes and texts but I probably won’t be bringing more than a couple with me on days I have to pack up my stuff.

Smooth highlighter that gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re looking for a consistent highlighter this is a go-to. The chiseled tip makes for an easy smooth highlight. I mostly use these highlighters for use on my kids schedules and the yellow color is nice and bright when first used. It does turn slightly darker once fully dry which is kind on my middle-aged eyes. The ink dries quickly and doesn’t smear which is a huge perk.
