I needed a highlighter pen that was bold but wouldn't block the text underneath. I saw these and was pleased that they work as expected. They are affordable and the ink doesn't bleed through to the other side of the sheet of paper. I can only review the pink shade but overall very pleased.

Bright Pink Highlighter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who works in the education field I go through a lot of highlighters. And these pink ones quickly became my favorite. My first impression was how bold and vibrant the ink is. It really stands out on the page without being overwhelming. The color is bright enough to catch attention but still easy on the eyes for frequent use. I also like the chisel tip which allows for both broad highlighting and precise underlining. It's great for marking kepypoints lesson plans grading and organizing my notes. What I like most about these highlighters is how smoothly they are across the paper without smudging or bleeding through they held up well with frequent use and are reliable in my daily workflow. Highly recommend for anyone in the education field or anyone who loves a good vibrant highlighter.

Even Outlasts a Toddler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Staples Hype Chisel Tip Yellow Highlighter to be a surprisingly strong performer with far more pros than cons. The highlighter’s bright vibrant color makes it easy to see and excellent for marking text. When I first used it to edit ceremony programs printed on wax-coated pamphlet paper I noticed slight smudging but only if I didn’t allow about 10 seconds of drying time. On standard notebook or printer paper however it performed flawlessly with no smudging at all. One thoughtful design element is the etched plastic grip pad which makes it both comfortable and easy to hold during extended use. My favorite feature is the highlighter’s durability. The chisel tip is solid and doesn’t collapse even under pressure. In fact after a full day of toddler doodling it still had plenty of ink left and maintained its shape. That speaks volumes about its quality. The clip-on cap has a bit of give and if you pull it too far it doesn’t always snap back into its original position but that’s a minor issue in an otherwise excellent product. Overall this is a highlighter I’ll continue to use and one I’ll confidently recommend to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really happy with the Staples Hype Tank Highlighters in pink. The overall quality is solid and they work well for everyday highlighting needs. The ink is vibrant without being too dark so it doesn’t overwhelm the text underneath. I also really liked the chisel tip—it gave me the flexibility to highlight neatly in both thick and thin lines. I mainly used these highlighters for marking important notes and passages in textbooks and planners. They didn’t bleed through the pages which is a big plus. What I liked most was the smooth ink flow and consistent color. Having a pack of 12 also means I won’t be running out anytime soon. Definitely a good buy for students or anyone who works with paper often.

Love the chisel tip

The chisel tip is the best for easy highlighting and the brightness is just perfect. Very easy to handle and love using this everyday.

My kids use these for homework and sometimes highlighting favorite parts of their books! I appreciate that it comes in a recyclable box because we put them all over the house so no need for a box to keep them in.
