Good paper - strange price

This is good paper for an inkjet printer. I just can't figure out why the 50% recycled paper is cheaper than the 100% recycled paper of the same brand?

Good but not enough

I bought the partially-recycled paper because I needed high quality brightness and slightly heavier weight for 2-sided copying. This was the only such paper available that had any recycle content. I have been very disappointed in Staples and your competitors for not having all papers 100% recycled. Why not? When?

to copy emails and other stuff. works good so far can't tell the difference for regular paper. haven't come across anything yet
