I couldn’t figure out what ink to buy for my adding machine and he correctly got me the right ink even though the product numbers were different due to age of adding machine.

Good quality yet cost-effective

I've used this product for hand-written note-taking photocopies and in a small printer. I have not been disappointed though I must admit I haven't used large quantities for copies. The paper is smooth not at all grainy and the quality has been consistent. Overall I would recommend this product for everyday personal or business use.
