I had the experience that the hook I used took my paint with it when I took it down, plus most of the time the hooks won't hold at all. :(

The Command(TM) Brand products are intended to stay up as long as you need them too and to also remove cleanly. This is due to stretching the tab down towards the floor for removal instead of pulling the adhesive strip out towards you. If you feel the product was removed and instructed and caused damage we would ask you call us at 800-934-7355 which is noted on each package of product M-F 7:00 am to 6:00 pm CST for further assistance. Each product should have the weight limit clearly posted on the front of the package to be sure the product meets the applications weight requirements. Please do not discard the product as our quality team would like to review it. We want to assist in any way we can so please feel free to call our office.

Chimes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a set of the medium hooks and used them to hang up wind chimes on my porch. They are perfect. The hooks are on the inside of the porch so they are not affected by the weather, even the cold. I love listening to the chimes whenever the wind blows and I would recommend these hooks for anything you need to hang.

Great for kids things

General Hooks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the general hooks in the bathroom inside my cabinet doors to hang general cleaning cloths. They were perfect, stayed in place and the cloths that I hung on them were taken off the hook and put back on everyday. When we moved I removed the hook and the tape with no problem at all! Yeah! The new owners would never know that I had, had hooks there at all. This made me such a believer that I'll now purchase the picture hanging strips. I'm looking forward to hanging pictures in my new home without the hassle of nails and marks on the walls.
