Won't print properly

I am attempting to print labels for a business launch. Printing on a test/blank piece of paper prints just fine, but when I load in the labels, it completely switches fonts and prints it all messed up. The wording is completely squished, and the font is nothing that I selected, even though it prints just fine on plain paper. AND their customer service isn't available over the weekend (I get it, we all work, but really, the only way to contact Avery is by phone or live chat M-F?).
It also does this with every other Avery label I've used. Obviously the font works on my printer, because the blank pages print just fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a small internet store. Adding a professional label to my items has kicked my business up a notch or two. I have had many reviews commenting on how professional my packaging is. Thanks in part to Avery labels.

I have used Avery products for work all the time & loved the ease of use. I recently needed to find round labels for a bridal shower project for my niece. These were PERFECT! I was able to personalize them & got so many compliments on the items I used them on. Love these labels!!!!

My grandson is 7 and has autisim. We write names on the labels and he attaches them to the item, ( lamp, door, curtain, etc. ) He cant speak there names very well but he can point to them in a book now. Thank you sooooo much for the help you didn't even know you were doing. Grammy

They are glossy and a nice size so they fit well in any size. Being able to use the template is great as well and everything I wanted to include was there and it worked well. Loved them!

Not entirely sure why it has us pick a specific template and then it still prints incorrectly. I’ve wasted half of my sheets trying to get it to fill the square. What is the point of this?

We are very sorry to hear that. We recommend checking a few settings for printing. Check that the paper size is set to 8.5 x11 and that the Scale is set to 100%. We also recommend checking that the paper type is set to Label, Heavyweight, or Photo to help the printer feed the sheet.
