Very handy and convenient bags

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bags are great! Berries, pasta, baby carrots, marbles...anything you might want to dump into a bag and not have it fall over. All you do is fold the top down over the outside, and it stays up like a little bowl! I like that you're encouraged to recycle the bags and the box too...nice touch!

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Any working person, be that the mother taking care of school lunches or the commuter going to the office, knows that ziploc bags are a must have. I look for three things: durability, a tight seal, and leak proof. These bags met all of those criteria. They didn't leak when exposed to heat in the car or when thrown into a purse on the way out. I would highly recommend

I have a box of quart size bags and about a third of them top pulls apart from the bag itself on one side. I've never had this happen before.

Dear Ziploc. I have been a fan of ziploc bags for many years. I recently purchased a box of the easy open tab quart size bags. I think the very first bag ripped across the top when i tried to open it. Then there was a struggle to open the zipper part with nothing to hold on to. I have continues to use this box of bags and gently pull open the zipper and some times it works and sometimes it doesn't. Please go back to the old faithful bags that we have loved using for ever.

NEVER thought I'd be disappointed with Ziploc!

I'm STEAMED! I've been paying more for the BEST for many years now, but today I dropped a partially-consumed roll of Braunsweiger into Ziploc Quart Storage bag and shook it to get the roll to the bottom, and "THUNK!" the roll of Braunsweiger hit the floor! Oh, well, I thought...one bad bag isn't all that terrible --- so I did the same thing with ANOTHER bag, and "WHUMP!" the Braunsweiger hit the floor AGAIN! My Mama didn't raise no fools, so I WON'T be buying anymore ZIPLOC bags! BUT THE LEAST ZIPLOC COULD DO WOULD BE TO BUY ME A NEW ROLL OF BRAUNSWEIGER...that one had to go to the garbage!

I am a loyal Ziploc customer. I use QT, GL and 2GL bags for home and camping storage and always buy freezer bags as I'm willing to pay more for a good thick bag with a seal that will stand up to coolers and kids. Unfortunately, the "Easy Open Tab" bags rip along the side seam when opened about half the time. No seam, no seal, no good. I don't find the newer tab any easier to use, so please discontinue and bring back the old product. This review would be 5 stars all the way with the previous product, for the new ones it is much lower.

Got this as a free sample and everyone in my house has commented on how easy they are to open and close. Definitely will be purchasing this line for all of our food storage needs. Also, we wanted to try out how it did with liquids. My kids love to experiment so we filled it with water and amazingly it never leaked!! Fantastic product!
