I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. These Ziploc bags worked exactly as I expected. They are of medium weight - strong enough for average use but I wouldn't overfill them. The tab at the top makes them much easier to open and close. The seal closed evenly and held shut while transferring the bags with food to the fridge.

Good for liquids, not life changing though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent Ziploc quart sized seal top bags with the new stay open design for free in return for my honest review. Maybe my expectations were too high and that's why I was left disappointed, but I honestly could not tell a difference between these bags and my local grocery store brand (that doesn't have the "stay open design"). I tried filling these bags with both solids (chopped veggies) and liquids (soup base), but honestly just didn't see much of a difference in the bags ability to stay upright; in fact, I had more spills with the Ziploc brand than my regular bags. Where I would say these bags are superior in comparison to my grocery store brand bags is in the seal. Once my liquid was sealed in the Ziploc bag it felt much more secure than my stroke brand bags. For liquid storage I will use Ziploc over the other brands of bags-but for solid storage, I will stick with the cheaper store brand seal bags.

I haven't had a lot of trouble with the new Easy Tabs until I recently bought a large box of gallon sized bags. They all rip above the bottom zipper seal when I try to open the bags! I'm not sure why there is a zig-zag perferation above the zipper seal because that is where it is tearing. I'm not sure if it's a bad batch of bags or not, but it is very frustrating!

Hard to use but great quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the stability and dependability of the Ziploc brand bags. I was excited to try the Ziploc stay open to size quart size storage bags. I found it very difficult to get the bag to stay upright and open as I filled it up. I think I actually have an easier time getting it to stay upright to fill with a normal Ziploc bag. The zipper is secure and I trust the bags to keep my food at peak quality, but the stay open design did not work for me. I got this product to try for free in exchange for a review.

I loved everything about the product. these are very useful and Ziploc of course is the golden standard for bags. they are not "freezer rated" but they work great regardless. the seal works great and keeps food very fresh. perfect bags and a great price!
