[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Ziploc is my go-to bag, it does stand up and holds quite a bit. I used it to marinade some chicken, and it worked very well! The top didn't stay open as wide as the box says, but it stayed open more than the old one would have. I have no complaints, they seal nice are excellent quality. I will definitely be buying these in other sizes.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. These are pretty decent Ziploc bags. Although I do prefer the ones with the zipper, these get the job done. I wish they were a little bit bigger, however, you can still store a good amount of snacks in them and they will keep everything fresh. You don't have to press down very hard, the seal will close as you glide your finger. I do like that these are microwave safe, just in case you need to heat something up, you don't have to worry about taking everything out and putting it on a plate. They are also durable and hold up well. I would recommend these if you want something that is going to keep your food and snacks safe and won't tear or snap out of place.

My mom, my grandmother, and great grandmother always had zip lock bags on hand. They suggest folding the top of the bag over which helps keep the top of the bag open. This is something that could always be done, not some new design or inovation. Also, these are not flat bottom bags as one might think from the picture. Outside of this marketing ploy, these are nice quality storage bags as you would expect from Ziploc. The bag grips and seals easily and feels secure. I really like the extended tab on top of the bag which makes them very easy to open.
