Not Good!

I have used these bags practically all my life and they have always been great-- the BEST!! Now, my food tastes like the bag and that's not good. I don't want to stop buying them, I want GLAD to see the reviews and fix it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor seam under the zipper

I use these every morning when I fix my lunch. About 4 or 5 every day. The problem with the bag is that the seam splits when I try to unzip the bag. Then it is very difficult to unzip the bag. Sorry Glad but I'm mad and I won't be buying anymore of these because I don't like getting mad.
Pros: Convenient
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this product doesn't open correctly

I have used Glad bags for years and would rate them 5 stars until now. This last box that I got does not open correctly. When I go to pull the top apart to use for the first time, almost every bag rips off at the seal on one side. In order for that not to happen, I have to open it a little on the end, get my finger in there and go across carefully until it opens. It doesn't happen on the second seal or later seals. Only on the initial opening. If my grandchildren happen to be the ones opening the bag, if I'm not right there, the bag rips on top. This is very aggravating to say the least. Also, I've wasted ALOT of bags. Please look into this.

Worst bags I ever bought!

I usually use Glad products and was looking for sandwich bags. The box said "seals tight - keeps food fresh". My husband & I used them for our sandwiches for a few days. Each day when it came time for lunch, the bag had opened and our sandwiches were dry. They seemed to seal tight when putting in the sandwich, but every day opened. I would NOT reccomend!

we have used your bags in the past but the pack that we have (200) will not hold anything they keep leaking. we are about to through them in the trash!!

I personally always use only Glad bags. Actually not only sandwich, but any size. I believe the quality is far superior to any competitors or as I call them, generics. Now don't get me wrong I use a lot of generic products, I am not a generic snob. However there are a few things I want name brand, and Glad bags is one of them. I use the them in all sizes to put leftovers in the fridge. Saves a lot of dishes! I use them for making ice bags,also to freeze food in. I use them for so many things you would simply get tired of my ranting. Only Glad for me please!

bag separates after reinforcement

I bought a box of 115 bags (zipper sandwich bags) for a bake sale to hold cookies and brownies. The first 30 worked like a charm the rest separated just beyond the reinforcement. I bought another box of 115 thinking it was fluke and the first 5 worked and the next 10 didn't so I wrapped them in plastic wrap.
