The numbers correspond to the day of the week shown at the top and there are month views at the bottom for easy planning and charting progress. Generous lined 'Day' rectangles streamline clear and legible notes. Sadly, the paper quality blah, blah, blah, but really, this is delicate paper. Enjoy.
