this buisness card stock is good .. i by it everytime i need buisness card stock .. i buy them over buying the avery ones because they are over twenty dollars cheaper for the same thing .. the only thing that i think could be improved on with this buisness card product form staples is .. that the perforations be better than what they are now .. when you fold them back and forth to crease them and separate the individual cards .. some times they fold and crease well one way and snap clean but when ya fold them the other way sometimes they dont snap clean and you have to be carefull when you separate them that you dont tear them..
I was a bit disappointed in these business cards especially for the price. Although they are bright white and have a good texture I don't like the raw edges when you break them apart. They look like you did them yourself not like some of the name brands that have a clean edge. They are okay for trade shows where you need mass quantities of all of your literature but not for general business use to give to clients. On a positive note they do go through the printer without any problems and the ink dries quickly without smearing and looks very sharp.
Card stock is solid and with good matte finish for printing. Perforation lines are good around outer edges for quick separation but internal separation lines sometimes not adequate. We use cards for ticket stock for our Mens group.
Local store has not had Staples Brand Laser printable cards in stock so needed to get Inkjet printable cards and they worked OK. Would recommend using laser printeable cards on laser printers.
I am VERY discouraged to say the very least. The clerk told me that the Staples brand was comparable to the Avery brand. As far as I am concerned they are about as similar as fish bait is to gourmet salmon. They don't tear clean (gross perforations instead) the card stock is flimsy. My plan is to return it to the store and purchase Avery business card stock like I have done in the past.
