[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used command strips to hang my picture wall in 3 homes over the years. I can quickly take down a picture to change photos. When I painted the wall, there was no damage to repair, and I easy just had to add the wall side to the pictures with the strips still attached to rehang. Something in moving. Worth it.
I used these to hang up a few things in my dorm. I hanged up a frame of pictures and it seemed to stick well so I went to class. When I returned the frame was on the floor with a broken tab; and on the way down it knocked down and broke another frame and landed on some tea lights shattering the base of them. Overall three damaged products two of which are going to have to be tossed., I'm very disappointed and will go back to thumbtacks.

This was the first time I used the Command Strips on painted walls and will NEVER do it again! The alcohol prep (which is the only method prescribed to prepare the walls) dulled and removed the paint off my walls. There should be a warning to try this technique first; the only warning is not to use on freshly painted walls, but my walls were painted over two years ago.

I hung a plastic picture frame on the wall after following instructions, and the frame came crashing down in less than 10 seconds. I thought maybe the Velcro didn't snap together all the way so I tried again. This time the frame broke in half leaving more marks on the wall than a nail would have. I'm out the money for the frame, the command strips, and damage to the wall.

My wife got these strips to hold a few small pictures for us, which belonged to my grandmother. Seemed like a really good idea, especially given all the good reviews I had heard. The strips held pretty well for a few months. Then one day I came home from work, and there was the frame, laying on the floor with one of the metal supports broken out of it. Thankfully, the glass was not broken, but the frame was damaged. I don't think I can really recommend something that will expose your things to risk and potential damage. Very dissatisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried these for my classroom and I am obsessed. Nothing would stay on my walls because it would get too humid on the weekend when they turn the air conditioning off. I even tried hot glue, nothing worked. I tried these and they are perfect. I teach Special Education and even if one of my kids rips a poster down we can just velcro it back.Pretty fantastic.
