Your app can be irritating when the purchase is trivial. How about putting a minimum on the purchase price or allowing customer to escape from your repeated requests for a rating?

Where to begin? The actual box and lid seem fine but everything *attached* to it is shoddy as all get out. Within an hour of bringing it home one of the handles popped off and we cannot figure out how to get it back on without breaking it. Then one of the plastic feet fell out. Ugh. Don’t waste your money.

It's simple. It does the job for what I need it for. The only reason why I did not give it five stars is that removable handles could be more durable. They seem to be very delicate. You must be very careful when opening and closing them.
