Purchased a hanging file box and when delivered it was broken. I left a review stating the initial issues and a lady from Staples called. She asked me what had happened and I explained how the item was not packaged well and damaged. Immediately she initiated a replacement and had one sent. It arrived a couple of days later packaged well and without damage. Have to say thank you to Staples and the lady who helped with a replacement. Thank you and after sales service is what counts when there is an issue. They made it right and therefore I would recommend purchasing from Staples online. Thank you.
