I use these to put yearly bills in and bought one for the 2021 year. When I went to use it the back of the latch on the inside of the front cover was missing. It was cheaply made for the price. I thought the plastic would be a little more sturdy than the paper ones but the store manager let me exchange it for a paper one that seems pretty sturdy on the outside kinda like a box material. I thought that was good customer service just would not recommend this particular accordion folder.

These are great little file boxes. I like that they are clear and easy to see everything. I also love the size they aren’t too heavy when filled with papers to pick up and move around. The issue I’ve found is that in each of the 4 corners the way they’ve designed the lip to hold the file folders kind of drops off so the folders on the back and front slip off and are not held upright. I’ll need to rig something in order to keep those 2 end folders from falling down and sliding to the bottom. Not a huge deal because I think I can figure out how to keep them in place but it’s definitely a design flaw.
