Many of these storage boxes were missing one of the lid latches. I managed to find one with both latches. When I opened the lid at home the other latch flew off and I can't get it to stay on the tub. Would not recommend this product at all.

One handle fell off when I took container from my car. It keeps coming off. I bought this in Mt Juliet store. At the time I noticed one other container with handle missing. Also non of the containers in the store display were priced.

The file is ok but the handles keep popping off which is a nuisance to have to reassemble every time you open or close the lid. I probably wouldn’t buy another one if I were going to be using it on a regular basis. I’m using it for storage so only getting in and out of it occasionally. It fits my needs as of now

Have been using these containers for years (long before they changed the name to Tru Red) and the only problem has been an occasional fine crack on the top. Staples always replaced the top without any problems. My biggest disappointment this year was the price increase but I understand due to high demand shipping rates have increased. Otherwise no problems at all.

Not as sturdy as the Staples brand version I purchased a couple yrs ago. Handle easily snaps off. Fortunately I was able to snap it back on without breaking but probably not a long lasting product.
