I recently purchased three of these attractive-looking translucent containers. I began putting them in my car realizing that I needed two more lids. As I attempted to separate the containers a handle broke — the plastic broke - it didn’t just slip out of position. I realized that I needed to just go back into the store. As I did I noticed a grey disk on the ground that looked exactly ones on the bottom of each crate. I walked back in and showed the broken crate handle to an associate as well as the disk. We took a look at the bottoms of each crate. Some discs were missing and the disc I noticed on the ground fit the spot for the disc. I asked and received a the purchase. In summary if you are looking for a lightweight attractive plastic container this might work for you. You will need to use them gently. I’m thinking that there were only a few containers of this design when I went in. They may have been jostled around before they caught my eye.

I do not need waterproof but just to warn those who do the nice little plastic disc sliders on the bottom are poked into the bottom ( not a great design idea) . I always wash new plastic as it helps with the plastic glass off smell. I had it sitting in the bathtub filled water and baking soda and the water was gone. WHAT? There are 4 tiny holes in the bottom on of the box where the sliders are popped in so this is not for storing on a basement floor. It is the right size Both sizes of hanging folders fit and slide smoothly Easy to pick up and I have only stacked 2 high so far... The private delivery service lost the original package and delayed this for a week.. but now that I have it it works great and recommend the product. I just got them so I can not comment on how long lasting the plastic or locking handles will be. Really helped organize the files.
