What’s the point in ordering storage boxes with lids if the entire four count not only arrives without lids but is one whole box (and lid!!) short?

I ordered a 4-pk file storage boxes. One box was cracked and three of the four lids were cracked. I’ve ordered two sets and both arrived with broken parts. It’s very disappointing because the 4-pk is not available in store.

I bought the last 4 in the store. Among them I got just 5 of the 16 round plastic sliders that fit into the 4 holes in the bottom of each one. I prefer a waterproof bottom to sliders or holes. Onne of the 8 handle latches was irreparably broken but the lid stays on without it. On the upside the Staples label came off easily and they do handle hanging files or just folders.

A small grey piece of the handle was missing and wasn’t found within the plastic box or any of the packaging. It would have allowed the rest of the handle to securely lock the container. The reason i chose the more expensive box vs the cheaper one was because the handles provided the more secure closing. Disappointed but the box was still useful and not worth the effort to return it.

I ordered 4 of these. Upon delivery 2 of the 4 were damaged. After returning all 4 and getting a second shipment I discovered that 1 of the 4 was damaged. I would not recommend this product based on the brittleness of the plastic.
