I bought my sister Sharon this shredder and she finally used it and called to tell me that she loves it. She is a senior with arthritis who was tearing up her junk mail. Sending her this shredder has really help her get rid of the junk mail and other paper that had piled up. She FaceTimed me to show me the progress she had made with this shredder.

Had a TruRed shredder for 6 months and it broke. Called the support line couldn't fix it so sent me this one. I'm not sure I like it since it is significantly smaller and cheaper than the other one it replaced. I have to use it a bit and see.

I've gone through multiple shredders in the past and they don't seem to hold up. Either the papers jam frequently or they just get worn out. This shredder is a real workhorse. I have fed in thick papers and it chews right through them.
