This model is very light less powerful and slower compared to my previous less expensive Staples Titanium micro-cut shredder. I ordered the new one because the titanium shredder became permanently jammed. Con - The new model has an automatic document feeder chute that can hold maybe half of what they advertise. The chute gets jammed at least once every time you use it. Notes checks smaller paper sizes all have trouble getting through without crumpling. Pro - The jam is fairly easy to remove because of the automatic reverse and the ability to open the innards.

Shreds well quieter than our last shredder and has a protective cover; however it is smaller than expected the wheels don't lock so it rolls and it is difficult to pick up and move -- no side handles or anything to grip.

I have to say I love this shredder. To shred 20 sheets at a time not 8-12 I get things done fast. Quite compared to my last one that I paid $$$$ for. Cross cut that I love! Small pieces. On wheels so I can move it easy. This shredder is a keeper!
