I replaced my Fellowes shredder that worked for 10+ years for this Staples shredder because it was faster and quieter. It was amazing for the first 5 months. Now all of a sudden when I put even a single sheet of paper in the overheat indicator lights up and the paper is stuck there half in and half out. Proceed with caution.

The auto paper feeder jams constantly. I would not recommend if you are relying on the paper feeder to work properly.

shredder works very well. Has one flaw so did not give it 5 star rating. One side of main casing has a bulge in it. Did not notice it at start. Does not effect its operation. Would not have been detected before taking it out of the box. Am satisfied.
