Just started using it. So far I like it. This one is extremely quiet which is a plus. On a side note I will have to find another way to get rid of gummed return address labels that fill my mailbox. Labels “gummed up” my last shredder which is what caused the replacement.

Run time allows filling the collection bin in one sitting. Cuts are great and small; eats through Staples without skipping a beat; love the bottom wheels; very easy to use and the feeder opening allows for very relaxed paper feeding. Love auto and manual reverse feed button. Good value purchase.

The shredder is excellent. The convenience of the feeder is awesome. The owners manual is awful. Just awful. It refers to mounting the collection bags on the bag clips. Huh? Where? I can't find them. The images are no help at all.

I should have bought this thing 10 years ago. It's pretty quiet and doesn't jam all the time. I love it. I shredded 5 years worth of documents in one day. It does need to cool down if you use it a lot but it then works like new again. I love this shredder and keep it set up in my home office to use any time I need to.

I like it. It says it has a 20-pg capacity. I haven't used it for that many yet. The only thing I don't like is that it is a bit noisy. My previous shredder from Staples lasted 10+ years. Hoping this one will do the same.

Bought an office shredder ti replace one that had stopped working. New shredder works well under normal use. However with continual use over 10-15 minutes it soes shut done to prevent overheating. In some case sooner than expected.
