After moving we needed to destroy hundreds of out-of-date documents and our shredder wasn’t up to the challenge. We looked into shredding companies but their pricing was a bit high. So we invested in this shredder and the auto feed feature is great such a time saver. We recommend this shredder for big and also any small jobs too!

Did not hold up. We purchased this back in October 2024. Our old one was on its last leg. When we receive this one it was quite and cut rather well. We did not over work the machine and really only used it about 6 times total. Now it will not cut nor will it pull the paper down to shred the paper. It seems like the button for it to reverse the paper out of the shredder is stuck .

I bought this to replace a larger model. I like that it is significantly smaller and I don't need to lift the motor out to empty the bin...the bin slides out with the motor remaining in place. That was a huge selling feature for me as it was heavy and awkward. I was also pleasantly surprised that the cover slides closed ... eliminating the ugly blades and making it safer when the Grands are around. I am exceptionally pleased with the features and it is also quieter and does the job! Highly recommend if you are not shredding too many every day.
