the only issues are choking on folded paper and the narrow slit opening which makes multiple papers at once aggravating. Otherwise very good.

I do a lot of shredding and was looking to replace the Staples 16-sheet micro cut shredder Model No. SPL-TMC 162A which I bought in 2016 and had proved to be a reliable work horse of a unit. However it finally jammed once too often and died. Not bad really. It gave me 9 good years of service. I looked through the Staples catalog online and selected the 20 sheet micro cut Model No. ST62155 which seemed to be the closest equivalent to my old unit. It only had a one-year warranty compared to the two-year warranty on the old one. But the old unit lasted much longer than that so I wasn't concerned. I've been using it for just over a month - enough time to give it a review. I must say I am disappointed with my purchase for 3 reasons. 1. There is no way to attach the shredder bag to the unit. To be fair there wasn't with my old shredder either but with that one you could fit the bag over the inside waste basket. You cannot do that with the new model. So that convenience of collecting the shredded matter in a bag without spilling it on the floor is no longer a feature. 2. I have to keep reinserting the pull-out waste bin to get the unit to function. There's some sort of sensor safety device which has to be continually reactivated. Most tiresome! 3. The unit has an excruciatingly slow feed. I note other customers have complained about this in their reviews. Well it's true. If I have even a medium load to shred it seems to take forever. Bottom line: I regret making this purchase.

Glad it's on rollers because it is a heavy machine. Very affordable compared to other shredders. Nice feature that the feeder opens up to insert paper.

It over heats after about 20 minutes of using it. Not very powerful. Gets jammed a lot even when using less than the recommended amount of sheets. Not worth the money to only work for a short and not last very long.

The plastic housing is not well designed. Hard to insert and close the drawer. When inserting the wheels pieces of plastic snapped off. It still can't roll but who knows how long.
