The plastic housing is not well designed. Hard to insert and close the drawer. When inserting the wheels pieces of plastic snapped off. It still can't roll but who knows how long.

So far so good just started using the day after I bought it. I have heard stories from lots of people of which one to buy hopefully this will do the job for a long time. One thing I have learned putting exactly what the directions tell you about shredding or it will definitely jam.

My old shredder broke I needed one soon. I checked with Staples and found this shredder at a reasonable price. I shreds great into micro pieces. The part I like best is that it is not as noisey as my old shredder. It is a bit heavy but the casters makes moving somewhat easier.

Great home or small office shredder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shredder has been an amazing upgrade compared to our previous shredder. We have a shredder for home use (mostly confidential mail medical documents tax/income related items etc. ) and. This shredder is very quiet fast and I love the micro-cut. The top slides back to expose the shredding slot (like a safety mechanism) but my 1.5yr old figured that our instantly. That's why I love that this shredder is on wheels. We keep in it the closet in our home office and we can just roll it out to use or empty as needed. The disposal bin slides out easily to be emptied.
