Perfect portable lighting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the modern design of the lamp which helps it fit in most spaces. The fact that it’s portable makes it the most desirable. I used it to read in the living room in our reading nook in our office space at a desk and overnight while feeding our twins! The low light setting is very convenient to not annoy my husband while I was reading. As I mentioned we also took this to the room we feed our babies in so we could mix their formula overnight. It’s so lightweight and sleek you can use it a everywhere! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this desk lamp.

Great Versatile LED Lamp with Multiple Settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to receive the TRU RED Portable lamp because I try to minimize eye strain and blue light exposure as much as possible. I was given this desk lamp to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Upon receiving the lamp I examined the box’s information and marketing materials. The information provided was clear concise and helpful. I knew exactly how to work the lamp just by reading the box and I really appreciated the visuals. The lamp was packaged very well and the directions manual was easy to understand. I wished the manual told me a little more about the product; what was the science behind the different settings? Did the different settings block out different levels of blue light? Generally how does light cause eye strain? Typically how can each setting be used? (the photos on the box’s side were the only indication of how the lamp could be used). I loved that I could take the lamp out of the box and begin to use it (no need to charge right away). The design was sleek minimal and pleasing to the eye. The design was also considerate; the light did not shine up into my eyes when standing over it nor did the light directly hit my eyes when sitting down. At times I found the touch button to be finicky; however this could be user error. I had to touch it just the right way to make it work. I also found myself questioning if I could take off the touch sticker for a more sophisticated look; ( it would have been nice if this was mentioned in the manual). The sticker was affixed to the lamp pretty well so I decided not to force it off in case it was necessary for its use. I began using the lamp at my work desk in place of the harsher overhead lights. Depending on my mood and time of day I liked all the light settings for completing my work. While I had used a lamp before with different diming settings I had never seen or used a lamp with different lighting settings; this made the lamp very unique. My eyes definitely felt less strained then a typical day of using the overhead fluorescent lights. I enjoyed using this lamp so much and it was so easy to move from one place to another that at the end of the work day I took the lamp home. The possibilities of this lamp exceeded my expectations! I used this lamp not only at work but all around the house. I found myself wanting to turn off overhead lights and use the lamp instead. The lamp was very light and portable and made it a pleasure to move around. The lamp came with me to the kitchen at night the lamp was a flashlight in the dark garage the lamp created mood lighting during sunset and the lamp eased me into waking up in the morning. I found myself thinking “ I wish I had more of these lamps all over the house.” I liked the dimming feature of the lamp; it was easy to use and the directions were very clear. I do wish that the warm setting was even warmer; the warm setting looked warmer on the box photo then in real life. After fully charging the lamp the battery life was excellent and true to its word. I’m not fond of products that do not have a good battery life and have to be charged frequently; this was not the case with the lamp. Additionally I left the lamp on for extended periods of time. The lamp never got hot; it remained cool to the touch as if it was never turned on. Overall I really enjoyed using this lamp. Not only was it aesthetically pleasing and useful but it did help with eye strain. I would definitely recommend this lamp to family and friends. Lastly I’m assuming this lamp would be sold at big box retail or online marketplaces. Once out of the box it definitely looks more expensive that something sold at these places. It is very versatile!

TRU RED Portable Small But Mighty

This lamp is approximately 12" tall with a 4" base and is perfect for small spaces or on-the-go use. The lamp is rechargeable and powered by USB making it easy to use anywhere. One of the standout features of this lamp is its multiple light settings. With a tap on the top of the lamp you can quickly cycle through different settings to find the perfect lighting for your needs. The intensity of the light is impressive for such a small lamp making it ideal for reading or working on projects. While the Tru Red portable desk lamp excels in many areas it could use some improvement in the direction of the light. The lamp only shines down which limits its radius and makes it less practical for illuminating larger spaces. However it's perfect for those late nights when you need just enough light to read in bed without disturbing others. TRU RED Portable Lamp Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this TRU RED Portable Lamp from the Stellar Product Testing Panel (thank you!). Post pandemic life means my husband and I work from home most days. Space is an issue because we live in an apartment thus making this LED lamp a perfect fit for our family. Not only is it portable (no wires or outlet necessary) with a 10+ hour long battery life so we can use it wherever we set up a temporary workspace but it also has a one touch dimming feature so that if we’re working or reading late we don’t disturb anyone around us. The battery is easy to recharge with a USB cable which is included. The lamp comes with 3 color temperatures (cold neutral and warm) to suit any mood and time of day. It also has a very sleek design which suits the modern aesthetic of our home. It checks off all the boxes for us. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a LED desk lamp that doesn’t require an outlet has easy to use features to help minimize eye strain and still provides an ample amount of lighting for an average sized table.

Great Little Portable Light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great portable light! Its illumination is great and has three different levels of brightness. I prefer the brightest light setting (around 5000 Kelvin) but the middle and low settings also work great for ambient lighting and/or a night light. It greatly helped me see while I was working. While this was originally to be used at my desk I found myself using it all over my house since it was portable. Even my elementary aged child found it useful at her homework desk. It was convenient and safe for her to use as she doesn't have to plug in a cord just tap the top to turn it on! I took some pictures of the Tru Red lamp on this desk at all three of the settings as it best demonstrated how well it illuminates in a dark space! I tried this lamp as a lamp on a nightstand it and was a cinch to turn it on/off without a fuss! The battery lasts quite long on this lamp too which makes it able to be used for long periods of time without being charged. There is also a master on/off button on the bottom of the lamp which can be helpful for storage or moving the lamp. The only flaw I noticed is sometimes the top touch is not as sensitive as I would like it to be which is why I rated it 4 out of 5 stars. It seems as though there may be parts that are not tactile for turning on/off. I should mention. I received the TRU RED Portable Lamp as a part of the Stella Product Testing Panel.

A Solid Lamp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this TRU RED Portable from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I placed it in my home office to see if it could help me when working at night. The three light settings (cool neutral and warm) allow for nice customization based on the type of work that I am doing. In addition the ability to dim the lights is a great feature. Sometimes having a nice warm light that isn’t very bright can be very helpful in reducing eye strain (think night mode on your phone). The style of the lamp is also very simple but also elegant. It does not take up a lot of space for the amount of light that it emits. Overall this is a nice product that I would recommend to friends and family in the future.

Suitable for a small workspace

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tru Red portable lamp is a very lightweight portable lamp weights only about 1 pound. The design and color black are pretty neat like a modern type. It’s also wireless so you can move anywhere without a need of having to plug it in. Came with a charging cord so no need for batteries. It’s very easy to use. It has 3 adjustable light settings which you can change by tapping the top part of the lamp. I get migraines often and sometimes can’t tolerate bright lights and being able to adjust the brightness to a very minimum helped a lot. However It’s only good for a small workspace as it doesn’t illuminate much of an area. One of the downfalls is that you have to put it higher than your work area because the lamp illuminates mainly downwards. Another thing is the touch sensor sometimes fails it works just sometimes you have to give it a few seconds and try again. Other than that it met my needs for my workspace area. This product was given to me by Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for an honest review.

Best lighting for small spaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lamp is great! I received this lamp as a Stellar Product Testing item and I’m so glad I did! It has 3 settings and is rechargeable and portable. I really loved using it as a piano light reading light and a small light when it’s dark. The only disadvantage was that it is not bright enough to be a full on office lamp or primary lamp in a large space. This is an advantage of you are looking for a small bedside light for your room where I also used it! It was so convenient to move from place to place that I tried it nearly everywhere! It is very lightweight and the tones of light are very nice. There is a white tone light a regular light and a warm toned light which fit every lighting need. It is super easy to turn on and to switch settings by tapping and holding the top for brightness adjustment. So happy to have this modern and functional lamp in my possession!
