I splurged and bought myself this rolling crate because I broke my last one pulling it up and down stairs. The last one was from Staples too. I dedicated myself to treating this one better and lifting it over stairs. Unfortunately the new one I bought is very flimsy. The sides do not stay firm. I have to put it on the seat of my car because I have a van (no trunk). I took it out of my van one evening as I arrived late at home and the whole bottom fell out I assume because is was a little crooked on my seat. I was hoping for something that would not collapse with normal use. It was disappointing to say the least.

I walked in and the young men behind the counter greeted me pleasantly. I asked where a cart would and one of them said "I will show you". I believe his name was Maurice...something like that. He brought it to the counter and an equaly pleasant young man helped with payment. This was in the Apopka FL store.
