Bought a cart in 2016 which had been used through thick and thin and is now falling apart. So decided to get this new one. Due to my age (82) and my handicap I need a cart to help me transport all sorts of things like taking groceries from the car into the house. I highly recommend it for people in my situation.
This cart is easy to unfold and a very handy way to move many kinds of items around. It is the second one for me—the first was a thoughtful gift—and I am enjoying using both of them.
Perfect for lots of things both business and personal. I used it to tote work items upstairs on the elevator and for bringing groceries in at home. Perfect for taking trash bags to the dumpster too! This is the second one I bought. The first one lasted over 20 years. It got broken recently by a spring loaded door that the wheels got stuck in a cracked it.
This Staples Utility cart is not the quality of the first one I bought around 15 years ago. It's a lighter weight plastic and seems flimsy. The retractable handle is loose not taut like the previous one. The cart I bought many years ago was of good sturdy plastic and had a taut retractable handle. I used it a lot and decided to buy my sister one. I'm a bit disappointed in this one. I hope it holds up like mine.
I am an 80-year-old pre-Alzheimer’s patient who is not tech-savvy. I mistakenly thought that I had completed ordering this item. However I messed it up and one of your employees dismissed me quickly told me he if I could not find the order number he could not help me. I was a little rattled so I sat down and scrolled through my phone. I showed him a photo but he firmly was sure he could not help. Luckily a very kind woman named Jona saw that I was in trouble and took the extra step to assist me. I was very happy that I left the store with my cart. She restored my faith in humanity. I suggest that you promote her. Do not let her get away. She is a keeper. But you probably already know that.
