Purchased this item over 15 years ago finally could not get the handles to work and it was breaking apart. Been looking for another one and purcased from other stores and they were terrible just happened to be in Staples and looked to see if there were any and yes there were and I purchased one. It is fantastic handles go up and down with ease rolls easily and holds a lot. Good price.

I am reserving my opinion for now. I have bought 4 of these over a period of years and my experience was that the HANDLES don't operate after a short time AND the handles break and pinch. I keep hoping they have improved we will see.

I used the previous version of this cart for almost 20 years when the handle broke recently. I see that the handle on this one has been upgraded so that this is unlikely to recur. 20 years was pretty good for the price I paid 20 years ago which has about doubled but I'm not complaining. I got more than my money's worth. I wheel all groceries from the garage into my house and up the front stairs. I have brought items in boxes too bulky for me to carry (air fryer computer printer) by wheeling them across the top of the cart when they don't fit in. Can't beat 20 years of that kind of assistance.
