Arrived on time all but one (out of 4 boxes) were good… and that one had the fasteners misplaced so that paper stuck out of the bottom but it wasn’t too bad.

The folders are fine but the customer service in the Natomas store sucks! We ordered a box of folders on-line to be delivered to the store for us to pick up there. When we arrived at the store a day after the confirmed delivery date the clerk Michael did not have a clue about customer pick-ups our order or show any willingness to look into the matter. We might as well have been trying to have a conversation with a Martian. Finally we were able to talk to the store manager who found our order and handed it to us. We were in the store over 30 minutes for a transaction that should have taken five. We are not likely to return to the Natomas store.

Great folders for work meetings

The different departments are having meetings & training s frequently at my job so I've went with these since they're a better value more folders for the money versus some other folders found online at Staples & I cannot complain. They hold up pretty well but considering our employees don't always use them for too long IM not quite sure the amount of beating they'll take. Also bought three other colors for the different departments.
