Cabinet is sturdy and easily handles a full drawer of files. Like the casters but wish they could be livked so the cabinet wouldn't move so easily

You have to pull so hard to open the drawers that it rolls along the floor.

Efficient but a little light on the quality of the metal - could have been heavier/sturdier - I missed getting a sale price adjustment by five days - which was very disappointing since I purchased two cabinets for our new office . . .

and had them shipped to my office. They were well packaged but after opening I realized one was dented in the corner. The sheet metal construction seemed thinner than I was expecting especially after reading reviews that the metal was a heavy weight. Have you recently lowered the construction standards?
